PATRIK ELIAS, who was examined a second time by a neurological specialist, is recovering from his concussion, general manager Lou Lamoriello said. "Patrik is feeling better and everything is progressing," Lamoriello said.

Lamoriello would not say if Elias had been cleared to resume physical activity, but did say the specialist will monitor his progress.

"Until he is on the ice skating, we’re just going to say everything is status quo," Lamoriello said. "But it won’t be long." (NorthJersey.com)
