It was then that A.Ove?¨kin evened the score at 5-5 in the last second of regulation play. Following a goalless sudden death, Devils finally succeeded in penalty shout outs. Patrik Elias contributed 2 goals and 1 assist and was nominated 2nd MVP. "From my point of view todayâs game was like the previous loses, except this time we were lucky, we seized the chance and got more goals. This win is important to regain our peace of mind, which we lost due to the recent defeats," were Patrik Eliasâs comments on the match.
