27. march 2012 / EXCLUSIVE WINE COLLECTION “PATRIK ELIAS”

For the celebration of the 1.000th game played by Patrik Elias with the New Jersey Devils on January 6th, 2012, the winery Sádek s.r.o. with the partnership of Ice Point Consulting s.r.o. created the exclusive limited wine collection “Patrik Elias”.

The wine was grown in the sunny southern slopes of Třebíč, where Patrik was born.

The collection is made up of 200 bottles of red Cabernet Sauvignon and 200 bottles of a white variety of Sauvignon Blanc.

Both varieties of the wines come from the vineyard "Pod Sadkem" and at the boarder of southern Moravia and Vysocina. The vineyard is located in the wine village Kojetice in Moravia. Exceptionally warm and sandy-stony terroir gives both wines piquancy, freshness, spice and overall grandeur.

CABERNET SAUVIGNON the late harvest is fruity, aromatic wine with hints of blueberries, blackberries, as well as cherries. The wine also has hints of pine t woody taste .It is recommended for archiving.

SAUVIGNON BLANC the late harvest is a typical representation of the Znojmo wine region. It has a pleasant peach- nettle and floral bouquet. The intense flavor and high acidity of sugar guarantees robustness and perspective.
